Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy from DreamPosters. Below is exactly how refunds and returns work — written in plain English, without the legal maze most shops bury this in.

 ## Digital posters (instant downloads) All sales of digital posters are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital products and aligns with EU consumer law (more on that below).

 That said, if something goes wrong on the technical side, we will fix it for free.

 We will send a replacement file at no cost if: - Your download is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open - You receive the wrong file - The file fails to download due to a technical issue on our end.

Email post@dream-poster.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and we will get it sorted within 1–2 business days. 

 ## Physical posters Our printed posters are produced on demand — each one is made specifically for your order. Because of that, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in these cases: - Your poster arrived damaged or defective

Your poster was lost in transit and never delivered - Email post@dream-poster.com within 14 days of delivery (or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for lost items). Include your order number and a photo of any damage, where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. 

## EU customers (right of withdrawal)  Under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from most purchases. This right does not apply to: - Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed - Custom-made or made-to-order physical goods These are standard exceptions under EU law. ## US and international customers Our refund policy applies the same way for all customers, regardless of country. US customers and customers outside the EU have the same protections for damaged, lost, or technically broken products. We do not apply different terms based on location.

 ## Frequently asked questions

 **Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?** Not for digital downloads or printed posters, since both are made or delivered specifically for you. We will always replace anything that arrives broken, lost, or that fails to work as intended.

 **Can I get a refund if I printed the digital file at the wrong size?** Each digital file is high-resolution and sized for standard US frames (11×14, 18×24, 24×36 inches) and European frames (A4, A3, 50×70cm). If something does not print correctly, email us with details — most printing issues are file-related and we will send a corrected version free of charge.

 **How long do refunds take to process?** Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 **What if I never received my download email?

**  Check your spam folder first, then email post@dream-poster.com. We will resend the download link manually within 1–2 business days.

 **Do you ship internationally?** Digital posters are delivered instantly by email worldwide. Printed posters ship to most countries — see the Shipping page for full details.
